PROBINSYA SANG CAPIZ – Ginpasundayag sang Capiz Rehabilitation Center (CRC) ang ila sari-sari nga mga produkto bilang suporta sa pagsaulog sang International Arts Month nga guinapatigayon sang talatapan sang turismo sang probinsya sa Kapitolyo Probinsyal.
Ang mga lokal nga produkto nga ginhimo sang mga priso (inmate) nga gikan sa bulak sang tubo ukon guinatawag nga “bila-o,” ang naghatag atensyon sa mga Capiznon nga naga-padulong sa Kapitolyo Probinsyal.
Ang mga desinyo nga ginhuman amo ang “kwadro sang litrato, kopya (miniature) sang batil, alkansiya, sulodlan sang alahas, flower base kag iban pa.”
Suno kay Provincial Warden Arjuna Yngcong, “ang ini nga hilikuton isa ka daku nga oportunidad nga mapakita sang mga utod naton nga priso ang ila ihibalo sa paghimo sang mga produkto nga gikan sa materyales nga ari lang sa aton mga palibot ukon ka isa mga basura na nga plastic apang nangin mapuslanon gali kon aton hatagan sang oras agud diskubrihon.”
“Kon tani, maghimo na lang sang mga produkto nga sarang naton mabaligya kag mapabugal kay sa maghimo sang isa ka krimen nga aton pagahinulsulan,” dugang nga pahayag ni Yngcong.
