ROXAS CITY – The lovely Lin-ay sang Negros, Vicky Marie Milagrosa Rushton is crowned as the Miss Western Visayas Tourism, besting nine other beauties from Region VI heald at the Capiz Gym here last Dec. 5, 2009. Rushton also bagged the major awards such as Miss Festival Costume, Best in Swimsuit and Best in Evening Gown.
The gorgeous Natalie Grace Roberts, Miss Dinagyang 2009, bagged 1st runner up and proves that she got beauty and brains by winning the Best in interview award.
Miss Masskara Queen, Maria Aika Uy landed 2nd runner up and the friendliest among the girls by grabbing the Miss Congeniality Award.
Miss Sinadya sa Halaran, Jacqueline Kimpo proves that she posses the most beautiful smile by winning the Miss Photogenic Award.
Other contestants of the said pageant are: Ronelie Pador, Miss Ati-atihan of Aklan; Ruby Claire L. Lopez, Miss Binanog Festival of the Municipality of Lambunao, Iloilo; Mary Anne Petrola, Miss Manggahan Festival of Guimaras; Denzel Jodi Dagumampan, Miss Binirayan Festival of Antique; and Ann Rency Custodio, Miss Paraw Regata of Iloilo City.
