Guinpangunahan sang Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA) ang pagdihon sang Rice Cluster Farming Approach (RCFA) para sa probinsya sang Capiz sadtong Septyembre 9 nga guinpatigayon sa Pag-ulikid Training Center sa ESLA (Energy System Launching Area), barangay Lanot, syudad sang Roxas.
Ang RCFA isa ka LGU lead project sang probinsya nga nagahandum nga masustiner ang produkto kag kita sang bugas sa mga guinhugpong nga lugar nga nasakupan sang grupo sang mangunguma, assosayon kag mga kooperatiba.
Ang nasambit nga programa ang magahatag sang madasig nga pagdul-ong sang mga support services kasubong sang binhi kag post harvest facilities, kalakip na ang pagtukod sang grupo sang mangunguma para sa mahapos nga paghatag sang “technical assistance” kag “location specific interventions.”
Suno kay Provincial Agriculturist Sylvia de la Cruz, “bastante sa gihapon ang probinsya sang Capiz ang bugas, apang kinahanglan ini masustiner ukon mapataas ang aton rice sufficiency level tungod nagadaku ang populasyon sang Capiz kag pagdugang sang bugas sa iban nga probinsya.”
Kabahin sa programa sang RCFA ang pagtukod sang Provincial Action Team sa pagpanguna sang OPA, sa diin ang Gobernador sang probinsya ang chairman ka gang nanuhaytuhay nga mga agricultural related agencies.
Mas guinakilala sang OPA ang istratehiya para masustiner ang patubas sang humay paagi sa “Tangible Agricultural Networking, Cooperation and Organization” ukon mas kilala sa apelyido sang Gobernador ngaTANCO.
Nagpasakop man sa nasambit nga hilikuton ang mga katapo sang Sangguniang Panlalawigan nga sanday Esteban Evan Contreras II, Enrique Martin kag Baden Cantiller, kalakip ang mga katapo sang National Irrigation Administration (NIA), PhilRice, Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Bureau of Agricultural Statistics (BAS), mga cluster chairmen, municipal agriculturists kag iban pa nga mga agricultural related agencies.
