Guinpangunahan ni Gov. Victor A. Tanco ang distribusyon sang insentibo para sa manugtanom sang lubi para sa apat ka banwa sang ikaduha nga distrito sang probinsya sang Capiz sadtong Septyembre 16, sining tuig nga guinpatigayon sa Social Hall sang banwa sang Sigma.
Kapin sa P400,000.00 nga insentibo ang nabaton sang mangunguma sang lubi gikan sa banwa sang Sigma, Dumarao, Cuartero kag Dao nga yara na sa ikatatlo nga bahin sang “Participatory Coconut Planting Project,” nga guinpondohan sang gobierno probinsyal sa diin nagataas na sa karon ang guintanom nga lubi sang apat ka tapak.
Sa mensahe ni Governor Tanco, iya guinpanginbulahan ang mga mangunguma sa ila pagtimakas sa pagtanum sang lubi.
“Ang tawo man gihapon ang makabenipisyo sang sini nga proyekto kag guinakilala sang gobierno probinsyal ang daku sini nga kontribusyon sa aton ekonomiya,” dugang pa nga pahayag sang Gobernador.
Nagtambong man sanday Mayor Maria Andaya sang Sigma, Regional Manager Jose Cruz sang Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) VI, Provincial Manager Jeffrey de los Reyes sang PCA Capiz kag mga mangunguma sang lubi gikan sa kabanwahanan sang probinsya sang Capiz. (CPPB/Jonathan Palomar)
