Sang nagligad nga tuig ginbalay ang Provincial Tourism Development Plan. Ang nasambit nga plano ginbalay sang mga representante halin sa aton syudad kag mga kabanwahanan upod sang mga nagakalain-lain nga sektor sang komunidad. Ini nga plano amo ang mangin gabay sa pag-implementar .
Ang pinasahi nga “feature” sang nasambit nga plano amo ang paghatag sang igtalupangod sa pagpasangkad sa kinaugalingon nga kultura. Ini gin”integrate” sa mga nanuhaytuhay nga hilikuton sang programa pang-turismo.
Guinasiling nga ang kultura amo ang “kalag” sang isa ka pungsod, amo ini ang pangkabilugan nga “package” sang “patrimonial qualities” nga naga “differentiate” sang Filipino sa iya kaingod nga mga pungsod.
Sang sini nga panan-awan, guinatinguhaan sang talatapan sang Provincial Tourism nga ibutang KINAHANGLANON NGA EPRESERBA ANG KULTURA apang dapat mangin “relevant” sa pagbag-o sang panahon. KINAHANGLANON NGA PASANGKARON nga indi masakripisyo ang matuod nga kahulogan sa adlaw-adlaw nga pagpangabuhi sang mga tawo. KINAHANGLAN NGA INI PAMAAGI SANG PAG “PROMOTE “ SANG TURISMO NGA MAY PAG-ULIKID – sa paglaragway sang kinaiya nga kultura bilang dagway sang pinasahi nga mga kalidad sang pamatasan kag pagginawi sang isa ka katilingban.
Ang pagpatuman sang mga tourism kag cultural events nagakinahanglan nga makit-an ang “aspirations” sang katilingban, ang ila handum kag kalipay, panan-awan kag “creative expressions,” buot silingon ang “cultural tourism programs” dapat nasandig sa matuod nga kahulogan sang kultura bangud sang ila nga importansya kag kaangtanan sa kabuhi sang komunidad.
Guinapanan-aw nga ang ini nga strategy sa pag “promote” sang turismo sa aton probinsya makatuga sang “exciting” kag “interesting” nga imahe para sa Capiz. Guinapatin-ad ang mapag-on nga tourism industry paagi sa nagakalain-lain nga tourist products kapareho sang cultural festivals, historical attractions, kag pinasahi nga pasilidades kag serbisyo pang-turismo.
Ang pagpatin-ad sang turismo mangin tayuyon kon padayon ang pag-ulikid kag pagkultibar sang kultura.
