Madamo sang estilo kag sahi sang pamaagi ang pagdul-ong sang guinatawag nga serbisyo publiko sa bahin sang mga lamharon kag bonggaitan nga mga politiko.
May nagasiling nga sa tagsa ka serbisyo may yara sang kabaylo kag ini tanan kabahin lang sang politika kag personal nga pamulitika sa pungsod kag sa nasakupan nga mga lokal nga pamunuan nga may dumaan nga sistema sang pang-guinobierno.
Sang mabati-an ko ang mensahe ni Gov. Victor A. Tanco sa isa ka hilikuton kon sa diin sia ang dinapit nga bisita, “Pag-ulikid: Labi sa tanan ang Tawo…amo ini ang interpretasyon ko sang serbisyo publiko.”
Sa mensahe nga ginpahayag sang gobernador, may mga opinyon nga nagasiling…politiko si Tanco, apang sa pihak nga bahin may nagapahayag nga para sa tawo si Tanco.
Ang duha ka magtimbang nga opinyon nga akon nabati-an sa isa okasyon pareahas nga may puntos bangud si Governor Tanco nangin ika-20 nga gobernador sang probinsya sang Capiz matapos nga nagpapili sia sa patag sang politika sa pagka-gobernador sang probinsya kag ginhatagan sang mayoriya nga pagsalig sang pumoluyo agud pangalagaran ang mga Capiznon. Samtang kon may opinyon man nga nagasiling nga si Governor Tanco para sa tawo kay ina ila na nabatyagan kag mahimo nga napamatud-an na sang gobernador.
Basta ano man ang mangin sitwasyon, mapa-ekonomiya, agrikultura, inprastraktura, edukasyon kag ikaayong lawas kalakip na dira ang mga wala guinapaabot kasubong sang kalamidad, kreminalidad kag krisis, ina tanan kabahin sa Pag-ulikid ni Governor Vic Tanco nga labi sa tanan ang tawo nga amo ang iya inspirasyon sa pagserbisyo.
